The Railton School for Youth Worker Training is a Salvation Army youth leadership development program. It integrates the challenges of Christian life and discipleship with the academic, vocational and technical skills of youth work.
Its focus is to cultivate youth workers for front-line ministries
who will be committed to reclaiming children and youth for Christ.
Students experience concentrated mentoring in the development of their character, learn to embrace the core values of Salvation Army theology, mission and programs, and are equipped with essential professional skills and tools to effectively initiate and support youth work taking place in local Corps and Community Center.
