Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Frannie first asked Jesus into her heart when she was eight. As a community kid, Frannie struggled to make the connection between what she saw at home and on the streets and what was being said to her at church. As her family and friends waned in their attendance at church, Frannie stayed committed. At The Salvation Army, she learned that God had more for her than the life she had imagined. Frannie has been faithfully serving the Lord in the New Kensington Corps in the WPA division and feels called to front-line ministry to children and youth. She desires to grow in skills and knowledge during her training at Railton and then return to her home division as an apprentice to put these skills into practice.
